Ideal candidates will have a genuine love for working with children and have a positive attitude! Responsibilities Lead youth swim classes for students (ages 6 months-12 years). Use progressive, flexible teaching techniques tailored to different comfort levels. Keep classes structured, safe, and engaging for all participants. Celebrate every victory, big or small, and help students reach personal swim goals. Communicate clearly and positively with participants of all backgrounds and ages. Communicate with parents and caregivers to support learning and confidence. Create a warm, welcoming environment for families.
