Description Overview The Golf Performance Academy is seeking a passionate, motivated Golf Coach to join our coaching team and help junior golfers develop their full potential. The ideal candidate combines strong golf knowledge with a holistic approach to player development, including technical, physical, mental, and strategic elements. This position is ideal for a young professional beginning their career in Coaching. The position will include training within the PDS (Player Development System - a structured, data-driven approach to evaluating and developing golfers rather than simply working on swing technique) Experience Required Previous Coaching and competitive playing background preferred but not required. Extensive training will be provided in Player Development Systems inclduing our proprietary PDI Assessment process. Launch Monitor technology, GEARs, GASP, SAMM Putt and video tools experience a benefit but training will be provided. Essential Responsibilities Coach and develop junior golfers through individualized training and practice Assess players and create development plans aligned with their goals Support students at tournaments and assist with tournament operations Build strong relationships with students, parents, and fellow coaches Utilize golf technology such as TrackMan, Foresight, Swing Catalyst, Sam PuttLab, and video analysis Support parent and college-development initiatives Contribute to a high-performance culture that is both challenging and rewarding Benefits PTO and medical benefits provided according to company policy.
