Duties:
  • Provide personalized fitness training sessions to athletes/clients based on their individual goals and needs.
  • Design and implement effective workout programs that focus on strength, endurance, flexibility, and overall fitness.
  • Demonstrate and instruct proper exercise techniques to ensure athletes/clients perform exercises safely and effectively.
  • Motivate and encourage athletes/clients to achieve their fitness goals through positive reinforcement and support.
  • Monitor athletes/clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their training programs as needed.
  • Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle choices to support athletes/clients' overall health and wellness.
  • Maintain a clean and organized training environment.
Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of physical education principles and exercise science.
  • Experience working with students of all ages, including children and adolescents.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients.
  • Ability to manage behavior and maintain a positive training atmosphere.
  • Strong organizational skills to track client progress and maintain accurate records.
Experience with hockey training a plus.
Note:
Certification in personal training or a related field is preferred but not required.
