Qualifications Experience working with children in sports or recreational settings, preferably with youth soccer coaching experience. Strong communication skills to motivate children and engage with parents effectively. Knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and team leadership strategies. Certifications in first aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), AED operation, or willingness to obtain prior to start date. Background in sports-specific training instruction such as basketball, cheerleading, martial arts (karate, judo), climbing or gymnastics is a plus. Demonstrated ability in behavior management and creating an inclusive team environment. Prior experience in coaching or teaching physical education is highly desirable.
