Job Description
Supervises and observes swimmers at all times to ensure their safety. Assists in organizing clinics and private swimming lessons for members as directed by department manager. Enforces the rules of conduct. Organize and support scheduling of lessons and billing with Wellness Director Communicated with parents and swimmers regarding progress and improvement. Maintains all necessary records determined by the department manager. Regular and reliable attendance. Performs other duties as required. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); two to four years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPR, First Aid Experience required ASCA certification preferred. Healthcare Benefits
