Duties

• Plan and implement structured training programs based on skill level (compulsory, optional, Xcel).
• Teach proper technique on all apparatus (vault, bars, beam, floor)
• Provide a safe and supportive environment for athletes to learn
• Monitor and assess athlete progress, providing feedback and guidance for improvement
• Ensure the gym area is clean and organized before and after each practice
• Collaborate with other coaches Skills
• Advanced knowledge of skills and progressions on all apparatus
• Knowledge or experience in coaching competitive gymnastics
• Strong spotting technique and athlete safety awareness
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with athletes, parents, and staff members We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who have a passion for gymnastics and enjoy working with children.
