We're looking for a leader who can build a competitive program while developing student-athletes on/off the field. The Head Coach will be responsible for all aspects of the program, including player development, practice planning, and fostering a positive team culture rooted in SJPII's Catholic mission. Key Responsibilities include being able to develop and execute practice plans and season strategy for varsity and/or JV level, engage, and retain student-athletes; grow program participation, mentor players in skill development, as well as leadership and successfully communicate effectively with players, parents, and school staff.
