We are looking for an energetic, knowledgeable coach to join our team for our Weekday evening and Saturday sessions! You will be working directly with dedicated athletes aged 8 to 19 , helping them build speed, strength, and confidence. Responsibilities Lead dynamic youth and teen performance training sessions. Coach proper lifting mechanics, speed mechanics, and agility drills. Motivate and inspire young athletes to obtain their goals in and out of the gym. Keep training environments high-energy, safe, and positive. Experience A certified coach (and /or someone pursuing an Exercise Science degree) with a team sport athlete background (collegiate preferred.) Strong communication skills—you know how to connect with an 8-year-old and command a room of 18-year-olds. Reliability for evening and Saturday shifts. Up-to-date CPR/AED certification.
