Full Job Description Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Boxing Instructor to join our team. As an Instructor, you will have the opportunity to work with students in teaching them the fundamentals of boxing. If you have a passion for teaching and mentoring students, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans based on the specific discipline
• Provide instruction and guidance to students of all ages and skill levels
• Create a positive and supportive learning environment
• Teach proper techniques, skills, and strategies related to the discipline
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement
• Ensure the safety of all participants during classes or training sessions
• Manage student behavior effectively using appropriate behavior management techniques

Skills:

• Strong knowledge and experience in the specific discipline (Boxing and martial arts)
• Experience working with students of different ages and skill levels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire students to reach their full potential
• Knowledge of behavior management techniques
• Physical fitness and ability to perform activities related to the discipline (e.g., climb, swim)
