Role:
Youth Athletes United is looking for an energetic and passionate Youth Tennis Coach to join our team in sunny Delray Beach, FL! This is a fantastic opportunity to inspire the next generation of tennis players while doing what you love. If you thrive in a dynamic, active environment and have a knack for connecting with young athletes, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging tennis lessons and group clinics for youth players of varying skill levels Teach fundamental tennis techniques including stroke mechanics, footwork, and court positioning Create a safe, positive, and encouraging training environment for all participants Monitor and track player progress, providing constructive feedback to athletes and parents Organize and facilitate drills, match play, and skill-building activities Ensure proper use and maintenance of tennis equipment and court facilities Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and program coordinators
Requirements:
Previous experience coaching or teaching tennis, especially to youth players Strong knowledge of tennis fundamentals, rules, and game strategy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with children and parents Patient, motivating, and enthusiastic demeanor with young athletes Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including weekends
