Assistant Coach Lecel Academy Doral, FL Job Details Part-time $35 - $50 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Youth fitness Spanish Experience working with high schoolers Performing background checks Full Job Description Assistant Coach - Youth Sports Academy (Soccer, Basketball, Volleyball) Lecel Academy is seeking enthusiastic and reliable Assistant Coaches to support our multi-sport youth training programs. In this role, you will work directly with children and teenagers ranging from 5 to 17 years old across soccer, basketball, and volleyball.
Key Responsibilities Pre-Training Coordination:
Gather and organize participants before training sessions begin, ensuring everyone is ready to start on time.
Coach Support:
Assist head coaches during drills, exercises, and overall class management to maintain an engaging and safe environment.
Transition & Dismissal:
Safely escort participants to their designated classrooms at the end of the session and manage the parent pickup process to ensure each child is safely handed over to their authorized guardian.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
Previous experience working with children or youth sports groups is preferred.
Background Check:
Because this position takes place on public school grounds, all candidates must successfully pass a formal background check to receive an official clearance badge required for school access.
Language:
Perfect English is not required . The majority of the children and families at this location communicate in Spanish, making bilingual or Spanish-speaking skills a strong asset.
Pay:
$35.00 - $50.00 per hour Expected hours: 6.0 per week
