Doral, FL Job Details Temporary | Seasonal $27 - $35 an hour 2 hours ago Qualifications CPR Certification Teamwork First Aid Certification Experience working with middle schoolers Working with students Full Job Description Our team is looking for a charismatic, joyful and knowledgeable Flag Football Coach to lead and inspire a group of children ages 6 to 13. If you have experience working with youth, a passion for football, and a positive attitude, we'd love to hear from you!
Duties:
Lead engaging and age-appropriate flag football practices for children ages 6 to 13 years old or 1st grade to 8th grade. Teach foundational football skills, including flag pulling, route running, throwing, catching, defense, and teamwork. Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive environment that promotes growth and confidence. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants during practices and games. Demonstrate clear and effective communication with both children and parents. Encourage skill progression while making practices fun, energetic, and development focused.
Qualifications:
Previous experience coaching or playing football is preferred. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to motivate and connect with young athletes in a fun and encouraging way. Reliable, super punctual, and able to commit to weekly practices on Wednesdays and Fridays in the Doral, FL area. And available for game days on Saturday mornings starting in the early spring of 2027. CPR and First Aid certification is a plus but not mandatory or required.
Benefits:

Start Date:
Practices begin between mid- September and early October and will run throughout the full school year.
