What You'll Do:

Lead dynamic, high-quality training sessions for youth, adult, and competitive athletes. Build strong relationships with clients and help them achieve measurable performance results. Collaborate closely with physical therapists and other coaches to create integrated training plans. Deliver individualized and small-group coaching with energy, clarity, and purpose. Maintain a professional, motivating training environment that reflects X3's high standards. Track client progress and guide athletes through long-term development programs. Contribute to the growth of X3 through great service, community engagement, and a team-first mindset.

Confident working with all ages—from general population to high-level athletes. A strong communicator who loves building relationships and driving results.
