We are building ELEV8 from the ground up with a focus on player development, confidence, discipline, teamwork, and creating a positive soccer environment for young athletes. This position will begin as part-time, with the potential to transition into a full-time position as the academy grows and additional programs and competitive teams are established. ⚽ Position Youth Soccer Coach

• Part-Time Pay: $20
• 30 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications

Location:

Jacksonville, Florida Schedule:

Part-time, primarily afternoon/evening training sessions

Potential full-time position as ELEV8 expands. Responsibilities

• Lead engaging soccer training sessions for youth players
• Teach fundamental soccer skills, techniques, and game concepts
• Create a positive, safe, and encouraging environment
• Help players improve technically, tactically, physically, and mentally
• Maintain professionalism and positive communication with players and parents
• Follow ELEV8 training plans and development standards
• Assist with player evaluations and player development
• Work collaboratively with ELEV8 coaches and academy staff
• Represent ELEV8 North Florida Academy professionally Qualifications We are looking for individuals who are passionate about soccer and enjoy developing young athletes.

Candidates may include:

• Experienced youth soccer coaches
• Former or current college soccer players
• Former professional or competitive players
• Coaches with previous academy or club experience
• Individuals with strong soccer knowledge and a passion for teaching
• Coaching licenses/certifications are a plus, but not required for the right candidate.

The most important qualities are character, reliability, communication, soccer knowledge, leadership, and a genuine desire to develop young players.
