Job Description
Responsible For:
Preparing and delivering soccer training for youth groupsMain Duties:
Prepare & Deliver soccer training according to USSF Youth Guidelines and S5A Curriculum Create safe environment for kids to practice and play Motivate players to understand the exercises and games Set up and break down practice material as needed Effectively communicate with players, parents, and other coaches Track the development of each player and help them progress with skill and game decisions Take attendance of assigned group every practice and game day Have a strong player retention rate Assist with tryouts on assigned days Assist Head Coach and Academy Management as neededQualifications:
High School Diploma orGED USSF
Coach Coach Certification Passionate about soccer, coaching and customer service Flexible, friendly, hardworking and also enjoy interacting with both children and adults Organizational skills, drive and initiative Outgoing, energetic and friendly personality Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Eagerness to grow in the organization Must have reliable transportation Bilingual (ENG-SPA) encouragedSchedule:
Mondays- Fridays from 5:00 PM
- 8:00 PM onsite coaching Saturdays and Sundays as required by league/tournament schedules 2
- 6 hours per week
