Job Description
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not a typical coaching role. We are a private, high-performance junior tennis program built on precision, discipline, and long-term development. We train a small group of committed athletes competing at a national level and beyond. Every session matters. Every detail matters. We are seeking someone who brings energy, structure, ownership and takes pride in doing things the right way.ON-COURT COACHING & DEVELOPMENT
Lead and support structured, high-performance training sessions Deliver technical, tactical, and mental coaching Reinforce focus, consistency, and competitive habits Work closely with the Head Coach to execute training plansPROGRAM ORGANIZATION & EXECUTION
Maintain a structured, efficient daily training environment Keep sessions organized, on time, and purposeful Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively Take ownership of responsibilities and detailsTOURNAMENT & TRAVEL SUPPORT
Assist with tournament scheduling, entries, and logistics Travel with players (all expenses covered) Support match preparation and post-match analysisPERFORMANCE & RECOVERY
Support conditioning, mobility, and recovery routines Reinforce professional habits and discipline Help manage workload for long-term developmentWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR 1. UTR 10+ 2.
High-level playing experience (college or professional) 3. Experience working with junior players 4. Strong communication skills with kids and teens 5. High energy, positive attitude, and consistency 6. Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented 7. Comfortable working long, demanding days, including extended hours outdoors in the sunTHE RIGHT FIT 1.
