Arena Strikers Soccer Academy is a growing youth soccer academy in Miami with 140+ players ages 4-14 across our Wynwood and Doral locations. We run weekly training, seasonal camps, and day camps on indoor and outdoor fields. We're looking for coaches who love the game and love working with kids. No experience required — we will train the right person. Coaches with prior experience, licenses, or playing background will be paid at a higher hourly rate. Responsibilities Lead fun, organized, age-appropriate training sessions for kids ages 4-14 Teach fundamentals: dribbling, passing, shooting, ball control, positioning, and teamwork Follow the academy's training plan and session structure set by the Director/Head Coach Coach during summer camps, winter camp, and teacher-planning-day camps Keep players safe at all times and supervise kids before, during, and after sessions Set up and break down equipment (cones, goals, balls, pinnies) Take attendance and report any injuries or issues to the Director/Head Coach Communicate in a friendly, professional way with parents Help run free trial sessions for new families Encourage good behavior, sportsmanship, and confidence in every player Arrive on time and in academy coaching attire

Qualifications Required:

21 years or older Passion for soccer and working with children Reliable, punctual, and responsible Energetic, patient, and positive attitude Able to stand, run, and demonstrate drills for long periods Available weekday evenings (including Tuesdays & Thursdays 6-7 PM) and some weekends Willing to pass a background check Reliable transportation to Wynwood and/or Doral Preferred (not required — increases pay rate): Experience coaching youth soccer Playing experience (Univesity or professional) Coaching license (US Soccer Grassroots, USSF, UEFA, or similar) CPR / First Aid certification Bilingual English/Spanish Experience working at camps, schools, or after-school programs Pay Based on Experience Entry level (no experience) Some experience Experienced / licensed coach: What We Offer Flexible part-time schedule Pay that grows with your experience and performance Training and development from our coaching staff Extra hours available during camps Fun, team-focused work environment How to
