CrossFit Level 1 (CF-L1) or higher preferred CPR/AED certification Strong knowledge of CrossFit movements, scaling, and proper technique Ability to coach and manage group classes confidently Positive, energetic, and motivating personality Comfortable correcting movement and giving individual feedback Able to modify workouts for different fitness levels, ages, and limitations Reliable, punctual, and professional Team player who communicates well with members and staff Keeps the coaching floor clean, organized, and safe Passionate about fitness, community, and helping people improve Willing to learn, receive feedback, and continue developing as a coach Most importantly: We want someone who doesn't just run a class. We want a COACH who pays attention, teaches, corrects, motivates, and makes every member feel like they're being taken care of.
