Job Description

ISI® Elite Training Orlando is looking for a passionate, energetic, and dependable Group Fitness Performance Coach to join our coaching team. We are looking for a leader who loves coaching, educating, and helping people become the strongest version of themselves. This position is ideal for someone who holds high standards for member experience, brings consistent energy to every session, and understands that great coaching is about more than simply delivering a workout. Availability Required We are currently looking for a coach who can consistently work: 1-2 EVENING shifts per week between 4:30 PM and 8:30 PM Plus either: 1-2 EARLY morning shifts per week between 4:30 AM and 7:30 AM , and/or A minimum of 2 weekend days per month between 7:30 AM and 11:30 AM Candidates must have reliable, ongoing availability during these time blocks. Applicants should only apply if they can consistently work 1-2 evenings per week, either 2 early mornings and/or 2 midday shifts, and at least 2 weekend days per month. Are You Someone Who... As a Group Fitness Performance Coach at ISI® Elite Training Orlando, you will positively impact the lives of our members every time you step onto the Turf. Our coaches receive the structure and programming needed to deliver safe and effective sessions while still having the freedom to coach with their own personality and creativity. We do not want robotic coaches, we want confident coaches who can connect, educate, motivate, and coach every member in the room. Job Responsibilities Create and maintain a welcoming, professional, and high-energy training environment Review, prepare, and plan for each session before stepping onto the training floor Demonstrate movements and provide appropriate modifications and progressions Coach proper movement technique and provide individualized attention within a group setting Build relationships with members and support their individual fitness goals Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety throughout the training floor Arrive prepared and complete all required opening, closing, and shift responsibilities Execute and manage the coach's portion of the membership sales process Communicate member concerns, injuries, and facility issues to leadership Attend monthly coaching meetings and quarterly training. Coach a minimum of four sessions per week Participate in a minimum of four ISI® training session per month. Job Qualifications Current nationally recognized personal training or group fitness certification from an approved organization such as NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, ISSA, or a comparable certifying organization Current CPR/AED certification One or more years of professional coaching or fitness-industry experience is preferred Comfortable coaching members with different experience levels, goals, and physical abilities Genuine passion for fitness, people, education, and community What Success Looks Like Our Performance Coaches are expected to contribute to: A safe, energetic, and consistent session experience Strong relationships between members and coaches High-quality coaching First-time guest experience and membership conversions Cleanliness, organization, and safety of the training floor Clear communication with the coaching and leadership teams A positive, professional, drama-free, and team-focused facility culture Compensation $30-$35 per coached session Hourly compensation for approved administrative, meeting, or training hours Membership sales commission opportunities Bonus opportunities based on individual and facility performance Benefits Complimentary ISI® gym membership Employee discounts Flexible part-time schedule Opportunities to coach additional sessions Potential for future leadership and professional growth About ISI® Elite Training ISI® Elite Training is a strength-based group fitness community built around helping everyday people train for life.
