Job Description
Inspire the Next Generation Through Golf TGA Sports Orlando is a leading provider of youth sports enrichment programs, serving thousands of families throughout Orange County for more than 10 years. Our mission is to introduce children to the game of golf in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment while helping them build confidence, character, and a lifelong love of physical activity. We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable coaches to join our growing team and help bring high-quality golf instruction to elementary schools and recreational facilities throughout the Orlando area. What You'll Do Lead fun, interactive golf classes for elementary-aged students at local schools and recreation centers. Create a safe, positive, and inclusive environment where every child feels encouraged to learn and participate. Teach golf fundamentals using TGA's curriculum and age-appropriate activities. Serve as a positive role model by demonstrating enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism. Communicate effectively with students, parents, school staff, and fellow coaches. Transport, set up, maintain, and properly store golf equipment before and after each class. Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants throughout each session. What We're Looking For A passion for golf and sharing the game with others. Enjoy working with children and helping them learn new skills. Positive, energetic, and dependable with excellent communication skills. Strong commitment to safety and creating an inclusive learning environment. Reliable transportation and the ability to transport program equipment. Availability to coach at least one afternoon per week, typically between 2:30 PM and 4:30 PM .
