We're looking for someone who enjoys working with kids and can create fun, structured, and age-appropriate classes that help students develop tumbling skills, coordination, flexibility, confidence, and strength in a safe environment. Responsibilities Plan and lead 1-hour tumbling classes twice per week Teach age-appropriate tumbling skills and techniques Create structured, engaging drills and activities Adapt instruction for different ages and skill levels Maintain a safe and positive environment Keep students engaged and actively participating Communicate professionally with Top Sports Academy staff and school personnel Track student attendance Qualifications Previous experience in tumbling, gymnastics, cheerleading, dance, or a related sport is preferred. Coaching or working with children is highly preferred. Candidates should be dependable, energetic, patient, professional, and comfortable managing groups of children with different skill levels. Must be available Mondays through Fridays in the afternoon.
