Job Description

Competitive sports provide opportunities for organized team competition, while intramurals focus on participation, fundamentals, and fun—creating a well-rounded athletic experience for all. Athletics Department:
Head Girls Soccer Coach (Seasonal:
Oct - Jan)Position Summary:
The Head Girls Soccer Coach leads and develops the girls soccer program, focusing on skill development, teamwork, competitive growth, and spiritual formation within a Christian educational environment.Key Responsibilities:
Plan and conduct effective practices and lead games. Teach soccer fundamentals, tactics, and sportsmanship. Organize tryouts and evaluate player skill levels. Build a positive, Christ-centered team culture. Communicate with parents, players, and school leadership. Monitor athlete eligibility, attendance, and conduct. Manage equipment and uniforms. Serve as a Christian role model and mentor.Qualifications:
Strong Christian testimony and alignment with school values. Soccer coaching or playing experience required. Ability to motivate and teach student-athletes. Strong organizational and communication skills. Background check required; CPR/First Aid preferred.Job Title:
Assistant Coach (General - All Sports) (seasonal, months vary depending upon sport)Position Summary:
The Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in all aspects of team development while helping student-athletes grow in skill, character, and faith.Key Responsibilities:
Assist with practices, drills, and skill development. Support game-day coaching and supervision. Encourage teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship. Help maintain a safe, organized practice environment. Model Christ-like behavior on and off the field or court. Assist with equipment and team organization as needed.Qualifications:
Commitment to Christian education and mentorship. Experience or background in the assigned sport preferred. Ability to work under the direction of a Head Coach. Positive attitude and strong work ethic. Background check required.Pay:
