At Bitty Bubbles we believe the water should always stay at the heart of what we do. That's why this position is intentionally a mix of swim coaching AND front desk/customer experience. You'll typically spend two shifts each week coaching in the water and two shifts helping our families at the front desk. What You'll Do In the Water Teach swim lessons using our curriculum Keep swimmers engaged encouraged and learning Build relationships with children and their families Help create a safe positive and FUN environment At the Front Desk Greet and check in families Give tours to prospective families Take payments Sell organize and maintain retail inventory Answer parent questions and connect them with the right team member when needed Help keep our lobby and common areas clean and welcoming No swim-teaching experience is necessary. We train you! You'll Probably Love This Job If... You're happy, energetic and engaging. You genuinely enjoy children AND talking with adults. You're caring while still being confident. You notice the details but don't let little things derail your day. You're dependable adaptable and willing to jump in. And you're comfortable having a job where sometimes you're teaching a child to swim...and later that same day you're talking with their grown-up at the front desk. This Probably Isn't Your Job If... You'd rather work quietly by yourself. Constant interaction with children and families sounds exhausting rather than energizing. You want a job where you can stay in one spot and do the same thing every day. You struggle with being consistently on time and at work when you're scheduled. Or you're looking at swim instruction simply because it "sounds easy." Working with kids is fun but it's real work and enjoying children matters here. Schedule & Requirements This position begins at approximately 20-22 hours per week with the potential to move into a full-time role after training.

Applicants must:

Be 18+ Be available evenings Be available Saturdays Have approximately 5 hours of availability Thursday mornings Be comfortable working both in the pool AND at the front desk Be willing to complete our training program Training is paid. Once required training materials are successfully completed, pay increases to $18 hourly . Full-time team members are eligible for additional Bitty Bubbles benefits.
