Full-Time (40 hours/week minimum, including a rotating weekend schedule)

Compensation:

$23-$28/hr plus commissions

Role & Responsibilities Lead High-Capacity Classes:

Confidently and safely coach group fitness classes of up to 28 members, ensuring every participant receives adequate attention, form correction, and motivation.

Expert Instruction:

Demonstrate and teach a wide range of exercises with proficiency, including Olympic Lifting, Powerlifting, Traditional Resistance Training, Gymnastics, and Cardiovascular conditioning.

Community Engagement:

Actively participate by working out in our classes. Maintaining community standards and leading by example is a core expectation for our coaching staff.

Multi-Tasking & Organization:

Seamlessly manage time, class flow, equipment setup, and member needs simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Brand Representation:

Be the energetic, loud, outgoing, and professional face of Freakin' Fitness. Your energy sets the tone for the entire facility.

Qualifications & Requirements Experience:

Proven experience coaching group fitness classes, with a strong foundation in functional fitness methodologies.

Technical Proficiency:

Must be highly proficient at demonstrating and coaching basic bodyweight movements as well as complex Olympic lifting exercises.

Personality:

Energetic, loud, outgoing, and professional. You must be able to command a room and keep the energy high from warm-up to cool-down.

Communication Skills:

Exceptional verbal communication skills are required to clearly explain workouts, provide constructive feedback, and build strong relationships with members.

Commitment:

A strong desire to grow long-term within the Freakin' Fitness organization.
