Our number one requirement? You genuinely love working with toddlers and young children. We're looking for someone with a big personality who can make gymnastics fun, keep a group of little ones engaged, and help our youngest athletes feel comfortable and confident in the gym. If you're patient, creative, encouraging, a little silly, and love celebrating the small wins with kids, you may be exactly who we're looking for. Responsibilities Experience working with toddlers, preschoolers, or young children Energetic, positive, and outgoing personality Patient, nurturing, and encouraging Creative and able to make learning fun Dependable and punctual Comfortable communicating with parents Able to manage a small group of children in an active environment Works well as part of a team Willing and excited to learn Requirements Experience in preschool, daycare, childcare, early childhood education, gymnastics, dance, cheer, youth sports, recreation, summer camps, theatre, after-school programs, or a similar setting. This could be a great fit for a preschool teacher, teaching assistant, childcare provider, dance or cheer instructor, youth coach, camp counselor, or anyone who has a natural ability to connect with young children and is looking for a fun, active part-time job. You do not need to be a gymnast to be a great preschool gymnastics coach. We can teach you the gymnastics — we're looking for the personality, energy, patience, and love for little kids that you can't teach! If you can turn an obstacle course into an adventure, get excited over a toddler's first forward roll, and keep smiling through a room full of energetic preschoolers, we'd love to meet you.
