Join our vibrant summer camp team as a Gymnastics Coach dedicated to inspiring young athletes through engaging, energetic, and safe gymnastics instruction! In this role, you will lead campers through fun-filled gymnastics activities, foster a positive environment for skill development, and promote teamwork and confidence. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help create memorable summer experiences for children eager to learn new skills, stay active, and have fun in a dynamic setting. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to combine your passion for sports, teaching, and childcare while making a lasting impact on young campers. Responsibilities/ Experience Supervise campers during all activities, ensuring proper behavior management and adherence to safety protocols. Lead warm-up exercises, stretching routines, and skill drills to prepare children for physical activity. Foster an inclusive environment that encourages teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence among participants. Monitor progress of each camper, providing positive feedback and personalized coaching to support individual growth. Collaborate with other camp staff to coordinate themed activities like cheerleading, climbing challenges, or martial arts demonstrations such as Karate or Judo. Maintain a clean and organized activity area, ensuring all equipment is safe and properly stored after use. Prior experience working with children in sports coaching, teaching physical education, or childcare settings is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of gymnastics techniques or related sports such as cheerleading, or dance. Ability to lead activities confidently while maintaining a lively and motivating atmosphere for young campers.
