Coaching & Member Experience Lead high-quality, high-energy Glute Camp strength training sessions Make every member feel seen, welcomed, supported, and valued Build genuine relationships with members and understand their individual goals Provide exceptional exercise demonstrations, cueing, and form correction Provide appropriate progressions, regressions, and modifications Recognize individual differences rather than coaching everyone exactly the same Understand biomechanics, exercise selection, hypertrophy, and progressive overload Track, recognize, and celebrate member progress Notice when members become disengaged and proactively check in Help members stay accountable while leading with empathy Follow structured Glute Camp programming and provide thoughtful feedback Deliver a premium coaching experience every session Continuously invest in education and becoming a better coach Leadership Support the Head Coach with day-to-day leadership of the coaching team Help onboard, mentor, and develop Glute Camp coaches Lead by example through preparation, punctuality, professionalism, and energy Observe coaching sessions and provide constructive feedback Help maintain consistent coaching standards across the team Hold yourself and others accountable with respect Recognize when a coach or teammate needs support Help create a positive, collaborative, team-first culture Assist with team education and professional development Take initiative and ownership rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done Step into additional leadership responsibilities when needed Social Media & Brand Presence Our Assistant Head Coach will be one of the faces of Glute Camp and should be comfortable representing our community both inside and outside the studio.

Appearing in photos, videos, Reels, and social media content Speaking and demonstrating exercises on camera Creating educational fitness and coaching content Participating in class videos, member celebrations, events, and behind-the-scenes content Posting and sharing Glute Camp-related content on Instagram and social media Helping promote studio programs, events, challenges, and community initiatives Engaging professionally with members and prospective clients online Helping showcase the energy, education, community, and culture of Glute Camp You do not need to be an influencer or have a large following. You do need to be willing to put yourself out there, share your knowledge, and help us grow the Glute Camp brand. Sales & Studio Growth Coaching and caring for people come first, but our Assistant Head Coach should also understand the business side of fitness.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct consultations and introductory training experiences Listen to prospective members' goals, concerns, and previous experiences Clearly communicate the value of Glute Camp Recommend appropriate membership options Confidently ask for the sale when Glute Camp is the right fit Follow up with prospective members Support referrals, renewals, and membership upgrades Help improve member retention Participate in community events and lead-generation opportunities Contribute toward studio membership and revenue goals We aren't looking for a pushy salesperson. We're looking for someone who can listen, connect, educate, communicate value, and confidently help people make a decision. Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of professional coaching experience Current nationally recognized Personal Training Certification Current CPR/AED certification Strong knowledge of strength and resistance training Strong understanding of exercise technique and biomechanics Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High-energy, outgoing, positive, and approachable Dependable and consistently punctual Coachable and receptive to feedback Team-oriented Comfortable being on camera and participating in social media Comfortable communicating membership options and pricing Career-minded and committed to continued education Most importantly: a genuine desire to care for and help others Strongly Preferred
