Girls Basketball Coach Fulton Science Academy Private School - 3.9 Alpharetta, GA Job Details Contract $10 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Professional development assistance Qualifications Teamwork Team development Working with students Student support Teaching Full Job Description Fulton Science Academy is seeking a qualified and motivated coach to join our Girls Basketball Program. This is a stipend-based coaching position and is not an hourly or full-time position. Position Responsibilities Assist the coaching staff with practice planning, skill development, and game preparation. Support the development of student-athletes both on and off the court. Teach and reinforce fundamental basketball skills, techniques, and game strategies. Help foster teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline, and a positive team culture. Promote character development, accountability, and academic success. Assist with practices, games, tournaments, and other team activities as needed. Maintain effective communication with players, families, coaches, and the Athletic Department. Follow all Fulton Science Academy and athletic department policies, procedures, and expectations. Assist with team transportation when needed. Qualifications Previous coaching and/or playing experience Strong knowledge of basketball fundamentals, skills, and game strategy. Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a coaching staff. Commitment to developing student-athletes and building a positive, competitive program. Ability to maintain a professional and positive environment for students.

Fulton Science Academy, Alpharetta, Georgia. About the Position This is an excellent opportunity for a coach who is passionate about basketball and enjoys working with student-athletes. The successful candidate will play an important role in helping our girls' basketball program continue to grow while developing athletes who demonstrate commitment, teamwork, sportsmanship, leadership, and character.
