Our Approach:

At UpField Soccer, our approach is simple. We want to introduce soccer to children ages 2-6 in a way that opens up doors of possibility both on the field and off. The goal is for kids to not only learn the wonderful game of soccer, but to have fun, build social skills, improve self-confidence and instill a brave, creative go for it mentality that can help provide the right foundation for the rest of their lives! By developing these skills through our "story time with a soccer ball" curriculum and in a fun and non-competitive environment our little soccer star will be empowered to learn some of the most challenging deceptive dribbling skills in soccer...fearlessly. We hope this amazing learning experience will build a solid platform for a life-long love and involvement in physical fitness and team sports...but selfishly we hope it's soccer! Coach:

UPfield is a fun and exciting mobile soccer clinic for children ages 2 to 6. Using our proven fun, "fearless soccer fun" approach our coaches take creative play to a whole new level and introduce physical activity to young children in an amazing way. The ideal candidate is a fun-loving, caring, and compassionate person who has experience with children aged 2-6, loves fitness and the benefits it can provide, is looking for a rewarding seasonal position that has full-time opportunities, and wants to make a positive and lasting impact on children by introducing soccer and team sports in a way that can impact them for the rest of their life!

Preschool Soccer Coach:

UPfield Soccer is always looking for qualified candidates to bring our preschool class & league programs to life! Weekday Class coaches will work a set schedule that can be built around your other obligations and take place between 9 am and 4:30 pm during the week, Mon - Fri. Join team UPfield as a coach for either our class programs, or our league programs or both! Some soccer knowledge necessary, but we can teach you what we've learned along the way - most importantly, league coaches must have the ability to boost kids' confidence and instill a "go for it" mentality! This is a position that is perfect for college students, young adults, someone simply wanting to get involved, who love working with kids, or for anyone interested in a fun and rewarding way to supplement their income in the Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer. Preschool class coaches work from 3 - 25 hours per week at assigned partner preschools during the week (Mon-Fri). The preschool class coaching position is year round and we hope for a commitment no less than 6 months...but for those amazing coaches our goal is to transition this into a full-time career! The league coaching position is seasonal and requires a league long commitment, and for those qualified and interested coaches we'd welcome participation year round. 4-6 weeks each league site during the season, coaches can be assigned to multiple sites. Leagues take place on mornings and afternoons during the weekend and in the evenings during the week.
