Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Baseball Instructor to inspire and develop young athletes through engaging coaching. In this role, you will conduct one on one baseball private instruction, manage your schedule and your time, with the added opportunity to lead classes and occasional clinics. Your enthusiasm and expertise will help players improve their skills, build confidence, and enjoy the game of baseball while ensuring safety and adherence to best practices. We are seeking instructors who are not looking to be transactional, but instead truly enjoy teaching the game and connecting with players of all ages and skill levels. This is a 1099 contractor position at our facility. A clear background check less than a year old will be required. Duties Provide quality instruction during one on one sessions for baseball skills based on area of expertise Adjust teaching level to accommodate experienced players and or beginner players at multiple age levels Demonstrate clear communication skills with youth and adults. Comfortable with using on-line platform to coordinate daily appointments, schedules and payments Demonstrate ability to work with children of all age ranges and manage behavior and encourage focus effectively Be part of a driven team of instructors who look for opportunities to engage and encourage all clients. Knowledge of sports-specific training techniques and coaching methods Certifications in First Aid and CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) is a bonus; AED operation experience is preferred as well
Pay:
$29.00 - $45.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 20.0 per week
