Job Description

Role Overview We are looking for energetic, responsible coaches to train and mentor students ages 5-15 in our aftercare and combat sports programs. Coaches should model strong character, promote positive discipline, and help youth grow through movement and mindset. Core Responsibilities
  • Lead classes focused on agility, boxing/kickboxing fundamentals, pad work, and teamwork
  • Reinforce SKA values: discipline, resilience, courage, kindness, and effort
  • Support students with behavioral needs and serve as a positive role model
  • Collaborate with Director to run themed fitness weeks and skill-testing
  • Maintain safety and cleanliness of training spaces Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with children in sports, camps, or aftercare
  • Background in martial arts, coaching, or fitness training
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality
  • Willingness to train in SKA curriculum and attend weekly coaching huddles
  • Spanish and Korean speakers are highly encouraged
  • CPR/First Aid certification preferred (can be provided)
Job Types:
Part-time, Contract Pay:
$25.30 - $55.65 per hour
