We are looking for a motivated baseball coach who wants a consistent schedule, the opportunity to work with players year-round, and the chance to build strong relationships with athletes and families through lessons.

Key Responsibilities:

Training & Player Development

• 60% Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions based on individual player goals Develop training plans using player assessments and ongoing performance tracking Provide consistent coaching and feedback to improve skills, confidence, and game performance Help players establish long-term development goals and track their progress Create a positive, challenging, and high-energy training environment Client Engagement & Retention•25% Build strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches Provide a high-quality training experience that encourages long-term development Communicate with families regarding player progress and future training opportunities Follow up with current and former clients Help grow the 6-4-3 instructional program through strong relationships and quality coaching Facility Operations & Team Support•15% Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional training environment Work with the Instructional Services Manager and 6-4-3 coaching staff to maintain consistent coaching standards Assist with camps, clinics, evaluations, and other player development opportunities Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-oriented coaching environment

Qualifications:

Playing or coaching experience in baseball, college or pro experience preferred Strong understanding of baseball fundamentals and player development Passion for coaching and helping athletes improve Ability to work with players of different ages and skill levels Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, organized, and professional Ability to build relationships with players, parents, and coaches Availability to work evenings and weekends What we are looking for: We are looking for a coach who wants consistency and an opportunity to grow within an established baseball organization.
