$50.00-$60.00 per hour Job Description Seeking experienced baseball instructors across all disciplines — hitting, pitching, catching, fielding, and more. The ideal candidate has competitive playing experience, a passion for player development, and either an existing book of business or a strong desire to build one. Key Responsibilities Instruct clients in all aspects of baseball Align coaching methods with company policies and philosophy Use technology to enhance player development Foster a positive, growth-oriented learning environment Requirements Collegiate or professional playing experience Existing book of business or actively looking to build one Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proven ability to develop youth players and help them set and achieve goals Compensation $50.00-$60.00 per hour Access to an elite facility to support and grow your coaching/instructing business Schedule After school Evening shifts Weekends as needed
