• Athletic-Based Group Training Who We Are D1 Training is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up.

What You'll Do As a Group Class Coach, you'll run the floor and set the tone. Day to day, you will: Lead energetic, well-organized group workouts for youth (ages 7-18) and adult athletes Deliver the D1 training methodology in every session, adapting movements to each athlete's level and needs Coach proper technique and movement patterns to build performance and reduce injury risk Motivate and hold athletes accountable through coaching, nutrition guidance, and consistent follow-up Drive retention by creating a welcoming, hard-working, and fun training culture Keep the training space safe, clean, and ready to go
What We're Looking For Certification:
At least one current certification accredited by the NCCA (e.g., NASM-CPT, ACE, ACSM, CSCS/CSCCA, USAW Level 1)
Safety:
Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
Experience:
Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning experience in a group, team, or personal training setting
Education:
