We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Soccer Coach to lead and develop our soccer teams. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the game, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate players of all ages and skill levels. This role involves planning training sessions, developing game strategies, and fostering a positive team environment.

Responsibilities:

Plan and conduct training sessions to improve players' skills and teamwork. Develop game strategies and tactics tailored to the team's strengths. Motivate and inspire players to achieve their best performance. Assess player performance and provide constructive feedback. Ensure safety protocols are followed during practices and games. Collaborate with other coaches and staff to promote team success. Organize team practices, games, and tournaments. Maintain equipment and ensure facilities are safe and well-prepared.

Qualifications:

Previous coaching experience in soccer or related sports preferred. Strong knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and strategies. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate and develop players of various ages. Certification in first aid or coaching certification is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

Pay:

$22.00 - $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 5.0 - 10.0 per week
