Gymnastics Coach -( Competitive & Recreational Programs) About Us Stick It Gymnastics is a family-owned gymnastics training center in Stockbridge, Georgia. We are passionate about helping children build confidence, strength, discipline, and a lifelong love for gymnastics. We are looking for an enthusiastic, dependable, and positive Gymnastics Coach to join our team. Whether you have experience coaching competitive athletes, recreational classes, or both, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities Coach recreational and/or competitive gymnastics classes. Create a fun, safe, and positive learning environment. Teach proper gymnastics technique while emphasizing safety and skill development. Encourage athletes to build confidence, discipline, and teamwork. Communicate professionally with parents and fellow coaches. Help prepare athletes for competitions when assigned. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe training environment. Follow all gym policies and safety procedures. Qualifications Experience coaching gymnastics is preferred. Experience working with children is required. Positive attitude and excellent communication skills. Reliable, punctual, and professional. Ability to work well as part of a coaching team. USAG experience is a plus but not required. First Aid/CPR certification is a plus. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and passion for coaching.
