Job Description

Pitching Coach-Baseball
Overview:
The Pitching Coach will assist in all aspects of a collegiate baseball program. They will work closely with the Head Varsity Baseball Coach and the Athletic Director to ensure a positive and healthy experience for the student-athletes in the Thomas University Baseball Program.
Reports To:
Head Varsity Baseball Coach and Athletics Director
Responsibilities:
Recruitment of student-athletes for JV and Varsity programs Monitor academic progress of student-athletes Develop pitching skills, arm health, and overall conditioning in both JV and Varsity players Extensive baseball field maintenance Additional administrative duties as assigned by the Head Varsity Coach Aid the program in their cause of Mental Health awareness and Suicide Prevention Adhere to all rules and regulations of the NAIA Apparel and equipment orders Monitor PlayNAIA eligibility status for all JV and Varsity players
Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year of collegiate coaching experience Ability and willingness to work flexible hours Strong communication skills Strong recruiting skills Working knowledge of the game, especially all phases of pitching Organizational skills Bachelor's Degree required Please complete the application at https://apply.appone.com/job/6a7517f22c4184d6c0b37727.
