• Part-time Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Allstar Cheer or Tumbling Coach, where your energy and passion will inspire athletes to reach new heights!

In this role, you will lead cheerleading teams through skill development, routines, and competitions, fostering a positive environment that promotes teamwork, discipline, and confidence. Your enthusiasm will motivate athletes of all ages and skill levels to excel both on and off the mat. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the next generation of cheerleaders while honing your coaching expertise in a vibrant, energetic setting. Responsibilities Plan and execute engaging cheerleading practices that focus on technique, choreography, stunting, tumbling, and team cohesion Develop individualized training plans to help athletes improve their skills and achieve their personal goals Foster a safe environment by teaching proper spotting techniques and ensuring all routines are performed with safety in mind Motivate athletes through positive reinforcement, behavior management, and team-building activities Prepare teams for competitions by choreographing routines and coordinating performance logistics Communicate regularly with parents, guardians, and school staff regarding athlete progress and team events Maintain equipment, uniforms, and practice spaces to ensure a professional and organized environment Skills Prior experience in cheerleading coaching or sports coaching with a focus on youth development Strong background in cheerleading techniques including stunting, tumbling, jumps, and dance Knowledge of safety protocols related to cheerleading stunts and physical activity Experience working with children or students in a teaching or childcare capacity Familiarity with martial arts such as karate or judo is a plus for understanding discipline and physical training principles Ability to manage behavior effectively while fostering a fun and energetic atmosphere Skills in physical education instruction, gymnastics, climbing activities or swimming are advantageous for diverse coaching scenarios Excellent communication skills to motivate athletes and collaborate with parents and staff Join us as an Allstar Cheer Coach where your dedication transforms athletic potential into extraordinary achievement!
