This position is responsible for supporting all phases of the Lacrosse program as assigned by the Head Coach. Responsibilities Recruitment of quality student/athletes Organizes and directs practice and game activities Game preparation and strategy Scheduling Organizing camps and clinics Knowledge of and adherence to NAIA rules and regulations Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred or 10 years of verifiable coaching experience Required Skills Experience in demonstrating strong coaching skills Good verbal and written communication skills Act as a mentor and role model to youth Ability to keep accurate records and stats IT skills: PC/laptop, Word, Excel, email Summary Point University's mission is to educate students for Christ-centered service and leadership around the world.
