Head Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach & Program Director Forge RX | Winder, GA Full-Time | Part-Time | Independent Contractor (1099) Build More Than a Team. Build a Division. Forge RX is looking for an experienced Head Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Coach to build, lead, and scale our BJJ program into one of Northeast Georgia's premier martial arts communities. This is not a position where you'll simply teach classes. We're looking for someone who wants to build an academy, develop coaches, create systems, grow memberships, and become the leader of an expanding division. Your Mission Build and lead the Forge RX Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Division. Develop a thriving academy focused on: Adult BJJ Youth BJJ Women's BJJ Beginner Programs Gi & No-Gi Classes Competition Team Private Lessons Small Group Training Open Mats Self-Defense Programs Responsibilities Lead all aspects of the BJJ Division, including: Coaching Teach group classes Coach private lessons Develop curriculum Mentor students Prepare competitors Program Development Build class schedules Create beginner pathways Develop youth programs Launch women's programs Create specialty workshops Team Development Recruit assistant coaches Train future instructors Develop coaching standards Build instructor SOPs Membership Growth Increase memberships Improve retention Create referral programs Host community events Develop member onboarding
