Immediately Job Description Junior High Baseball Coach The JH Baseball Coach is responsible for leading and supervising the Fresh/Soph Baseball Team and assisting the HS team. This position focuses on teaching fundamentals, promoting teamwork and sportsmanship, and developing student-athletes in a positive and safe environment while preparing them for High School. Responsibilities include: Planning and leading practices and games Teaching baseball fundamentals and game strategies Supervising student-athletes at practices and competitions Communicating effectively with athletes, parents, and school staff Supporting a positive team culture within the Junior High Activities Department

Qualifications:

Knowledge of baseball fundamentals and rules Ability to work well with high school students Coaching or playing experience preferred Required certifications and background check The Lisbon Community School district is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
