Experienced Swim Instructors - Infant/Toddler Focus SafeSplash+SwimLabs | Coeur d'Alene, ID Part-Time | Flexible Schedule | Warm Water Facility | High-Impact Work Are you a skilled swim instructor with a passion for helping little ones gain confidence and safety in the water? We're looking for experienced professionals to join our team and help strengthen our already strong infant/toddler swim program . At SafeSplash+SwimLabs Coeur d'Alene, we specialize in relationship-based, safety-first instruction for children as young as 6 months. Our warm water, year-round facility offers the perfect environment to provide calm, engaging, developmentally appropriate swim lessons—and we're ready to grow with the right team members.
What You'll Do:
Teach structured, high-quality lessons to infants, toddlers, and young children Emphasize water safety skills through gentle, positive, trust-building techniques (NOT ISR) Reinforce progress with clear communication to swimmers and their families Adapt lesson plans to meet individual needs while following core progression standards Contribute to a professional, fun, and collaborative swim team environment
Who We're Looking For:
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience teaching swim lessons (ages 6 months-10 years preferred) Confident teaching infant/toddler classes with a strong safety focus Enthusiastic, engaging, and able to connect with both swimmers and caregivers Experience with adaptive swim instruction or special needs students is a plus Certified in or willing to obtain CPR/AED & First Aid certification

$16.00 - $18.50 per hour
