Tampa, Odessa, & Lutz Looking for a part-time job that's fun, active, and rewarding? We're looking for enthusiastic people to lead small-group tennis activities for children ages 3-9. Our classes focus on basic hand-eye-racket coordination, movement, fun, and confidence-building. No tennis skills needed — we'll provide complete training, equipment, and lesson plans.
What You'll Do:
Lead fun, age-appropriate tennis games and drills for groups of up to 13 children. Travel to one school at a time to coach a single class. Set up, organize, and pack away gear for each session. Create a safe, positive environment where all kids feel encouraged. Stay in touch with parents, teachers, and program coordinators. Keep equipment in top condition.
Requirements:
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to local schools A genuine interest in working with children and promoting physical activity A friendly, patient, dependable, and energetic personality Strong communication and people skills Availability for one or more weekday class times, including 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m., or 3:00 p.m. Ability to successfully complete applicable onboarding requirements, which may include a background check, CPR certification, and/or TB testing Previous experience working with children is preferred but not required CPR/First Aid certification is preferred; training may be completed during onboarding if required
Benefits:
Starting pay: $30 per hour Pay increases to $35 per hour after successfully completing the 60-day introductory period Paid training and continued coaching support Consistent weekly class schedule and locations Flexible part-time hours based on your availability and local class openings All equipment, curriculum, and lesson plans provided No lesson planning or unpaid preparation work A rewarding opportunity to build children's confidence and make tennis the highlight of their week!
Schedule Part-time:
4-10 hours per week Monday-Friday, at local schools Classes are held at local schools during morning and afternoon program times Join us and make tennis the highlight of a child's week!
