Job Description
High School JV Volleyball Coach - 2026-2027 School Year Abingdon-Avon Community School District #276 is seeking a motivated and dedicated High School JV Volleyball Coach for the 2026-2027 school year. This co-curricular position offers an opportunity to positively impact student-athletes by promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, skill development, leadership, and academic success. The successful candidate will assist in building a competitive volleyball program while fostering a positive and supportive environment for student-athletes. Responsibilities include organizing and conducting practices, supervising athletes during competitions, communicating effectively with students and families, and supporting the overall goals of the athletic department. Candidates should demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. ASEP certification is required for non-certified applicants. Compensation is provided in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement, Appendix B - Extra Duty Stipends.
