Duties Plan and execute age-appropriate soccer training sessions that emphasize skill development, teamwork, and enjoyment Lead practices and games, ensuring all participants are engaged, motivated, and safe at all times Implement behavior management strategies to promote respectful conduct and sportsmanship among players Provide constructive feedback to help children improve their techniques and understanding of the game Collaborate with parents and guardians to communicate progress, address concerns, and foster community involvement Incorporate additional activities such as basic physical education exercises or related sports like basketball or cheerleading to diversify training sessions Maintain a safe playing environment by adhering to safety protocols and ensuring proper equipment use Qualifications Prior experience in sports coaching, teaching physical education, or working with children in recreational settings Knowledge of soccer rules, techniques, and game strategies; experience with other sports such as basketball or martial arts is a plus Lifeguard experience or certifications are advantageous for supervising water-related activities or ensuring overall safety Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate young athletes and manage group behavior effectively Background in childcare, teaching, or martial arts such as karate or judo demonstrates a commitment to youth development Ability to lead energetic activities like climbing or gymnastics as part of broader physical fitness initiatives Passion for working with students of diverse backgrounds and fostering inclusive team environments Join us in creating an inspiring space where children can thrive through sport!
