This hands-on role provides practical experience working with athletes on training programs, performance tracking, and day-to-day operations. Key Responsibilities Assist coaches with designing, implementing, and supervising strength & conditioning sessions Spot athletes, ensure proper form, and help maintain a safe training environment Set up/break down equipment and support facility organization Track athlete progress, record data, and assist with basic performance testing Contribute to program administration and athlete education as needed Qualifications Currently pursuing a degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Strength & Conditioning, or a related field Foundational knowledge of resistance training, periodization, and athletic performance principles Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude Available for the Fall term (hours flexible but consistent commitment required) This internship is ideal for students seeking real-world experience in a professional strength and conditioning setting.
