Job Description
The Head Coach provides leadership and organization for all phases of the operation of the softball program at Roosevelt University in compliance with all institutional, NCAA and Great Lakes Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (GLAIC) rules and regulations. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, recruiting of prospective students, planning and providing elite instruction and assessment at team practices and competitions, budget maintenance, equipment procurement, scheduling and travel, assistant coaching staff management and engaging with student-athletes to aid in their academic success, retention and eventual graduation from the University. This is a full-time, exempt position that reports to the Vice President of Athletics and Student Success and is located on the Chicago campus. Roosevelt University offers many great benefits.
