Contractor About the Role FC1 Soccer Academy is seeking reliable and qualified soccer coaches to serve as a Runner Coach. This position is designed for coaches who can provide coverage for team practices and games when needed throughout the year. The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, organized, and comfortable stepping into different team environments to ensure players continue receiving a positive and professional coaching experience. Responsibilities Cover team practices as needed Cover league games and tournaments as needed Lead age-appropriate training sessions Manage players in a positive and professional manner Communicate effectively with directors, coaches, and families when required Uphold FC1 Academy coaching standards and player development philosophy Arrive prepared and on time for all assignments Qualifications USSF Grassroots License required (or higher) Previous coaching experience preferred Strong understanding of player development principles Ability to work with players of varying ages and skill levels Reliable transportation Professional appearance and conduct Compensation $25 per hour Flexible schedule based on club needs How to Apply Interested candidates should send their resume and coaching experience to: tony@fc1academy.
