Stipend up to $2,500 based on the start date of assigned period

Lisle Campus Position Summary:
Assist the Head Coach with the day-to-day operations of the Benedictine University Men's Volleyball Program.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
1. Follow and enforce all NCAA bylaws, league regulations, and university academic and other policies and procedures. 2. Assist with athlete recruitment. 3. Assist with the running of practices and practice content. 4. Assist with scouting and game preparation. 5. Assist with the oversight and monitoring of academic progress of student-athletes. 6. Assist with scheduling contests, travel arrangements and ordering equipment and supplies. 7. Provide periodic administrative assistance. 8. Create and foster an environment that promotes the overall health and welfare of student-athletes. 9. Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Education:
High School Graduate/GED Required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred Experience:
3+ Years working with
High Level Club or Collegiate Teams Specific Skills:
Knowledge of High Level Volleyball Systems Specific Knowledge, Licenses, Certifications:
CPR Certification preferred, valid Driver's License required.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to handle varying levels of stress while maintaining professional demeanor. Possible lifting, bending, walking, kneeling, stretching, and stooping. Frequent districtwide and statewide travel; frequent prolonged and irregular hours; outdoor exposure to sun/heat or cold weather. Ability to speak clearly so listeners can understand. Understand the speech of another person. See details of objects that are less than a few feet away or are more than a few feet away. Must be able to stand for long periods of time. General Customer service and office environment. The following of campus specific guidelines for pandemic protocols are required.
