Join the Lil' Kickers & Skills Institute Soccer team and make a meaningful impact every week. An LK Soccer Coach leads children ages 18 months to 10 years old through a 50-minute structured class focused on development, confidence, and fun. Coaches play a key role in creating a safe, positive, and consistent experience for children and families. This role is ideal for committed high school students , college students, recent graduates, and adults looking for reliable part-time work in a supportive, team-driven environment. Soccer experience is helpful, but not required — full training is provided. About Our Programs Lil' Kickers (18 months-5 years): A nationally recognized child development program that uses soccer as a tool to build confidence, coordination, and social skills Skills Institute (5-10 years): A structured soccer training program focused on skill development and progression Our culture is built around positivity, inclusion, and growth — for kids and coaches alike.
